TYPES OF CUSTOM METAL OF PECONIC'S WORK:

SLATE/VERMONT SLATE:

Slate, the sheltering stone, resists all of nature’s elements. It's elegant, durable and is resistant to climatic changes, with absolutely no disintegration.
STANDING SEAM:

Standing Seam, originally designed for cold climates so snow would fall off the roof faster and cleanly, is often used by designers and architects for it's impressive look.
CLAY TILES:

Clay tile is the most durable of roofing materials and with proper installation will outlast even slate. A well installed clay tile roof will probably last longer than a lifetime.

COPPER SHINGLES:

A very durable roof, properly installed copper shingles add a powerful look to a roof. The shingles are available in many styles and shapes. A copper shingle roof is very dramatic.

Flat seam is generally used on very low sloping roofs. It's durable, is better than hot tar, and can sustain a substantial amount of thermal expansion and contraction.
